You will have recieved an email with your new details on 16th October, this included your access details and instructions.
If you havent recieved this email you will need to call us on 0116 2230303

How do I change my password?
You will need to know your current password is order to change it.
Firstly go to http://webmail.stayfree.co.uk
Click the link under the 'log in now' button that says 'change password.'
Then you will need to type in your email address, current password, then your new password.
Please allow 5 minutes for this password changes to take place before accessing your account.

I have inserted all of the new details but it keeps coming up with can't connect?
Please make sure that your Email Address and your Username both read as your full email address ie username@stayfree.co.uk
Please make sure your outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication IS SELECTED. If you are not sure click here to look at our step by step guide to setting up your email.
If you have changed your password using the webmail, you will need to make sure the that you have put this new password into your mail client.

You will need to type your email address in full and your password.

Go to http://old-webmail.stayfree.co.uk
Please log in with just your username - you do not need to put the @stayfree.co.uk to log into the old webmail interface.
The password is your old password, not the new one sent by email.
